An evening to remember
Chef Peter cooks with regional produce, inspired by the seasons and the history of the Colony. Five courses, five wines: every round brings a new story to your plate and your glass. And afterwards there is only one thing left to do: take the stairs up to your room.

The kitchen uses regional produce and vegetables from our own garden, so the menu changes with the season.
