Bitter en Zoet is at Hospitaallaan 16 in Veenhuizen; the Winterfair takes place at the National Prison Museum, Oude Gracht 1. Parking at the fair costs €1.00. Winterfair tickets are not included with your room.

According to the National Prison Museum, the Winterfair runs on Saturday 28 November 2026 from 12:00 to 20:00 (museum open 10:00–20:00). Over 90 stalls, an ice rink, a life-size snow globe, a food court and children's activities. A ticket costs €4.00 per adult, children up to 12 free, in time slots at 12:00, 14:30 and 17:00; museum visit included.
