As the sun slowly sets, the kitchen brigade of Bitter & Zoet gathers around the fire. They will serve an exclusive 4-course BBQ dinner where craftsmanship and pure flavors come together. Whether you love a beautiful piece of meat or opt for surprising vegetarian dishes: there's something special on the menu for everyone. (You can specify your preference directly when choosing your ticket). The ultimate summer evening is, of course, not complete without the right ambiance and drinks. A live jazz band will provide the perfect musical backdrop in the orchard.
In addition, this evening we will be serving - alongside our familiar assortment - a specially selected beer and drinks menu. Taste the local beers from Brouwerij Maallust from Veenhuizen and Hef brewery from Assen, or enjoy the delicious, natural juices from Moj from Groningen.
