A high tea at Bitter en Zoet is not a quick break but an afternoon to stretch out. Together at the table in the former hospital, where people have gathered for over a century, while the Colony quietly goes about its day outside.
We serve a variety of breads, homemade soup and delicious savoury treats — with the hospitality our family business is known for.

From soup to savoury treats
Chef Peter and his brigade prepare the high tea with mostly organic and regional produce, including vegetables from our own garden. You enjoy a variety of breads, homemade soup and a selection of savoury treats. There is, of course, a vegetarian option. Dietary requirements or allergies? Let us know in advance and we will happily take them into account.
