A remarkable day
Behind doors that normally remain closed
You depart from Veenhuizen. We provide transport to Frederiksoord, where you visit Museum De Proefkolonie and discover the extraordinary history of the Colonies of Benevolence.
After lunch at an exclusive location, you receive a guided tour of Frederiksoord. You then return to Veenhuizen, where doors normally closed to visitors will open especially for you.
Guide Peter accompanies you throughout the day and personally brings the stories of both Colonies to life. Head chef Peter of Bitter en Zoet and owner Gertjan take care of your exclusive lunch and the dinner at the Chef's Table.
