As the sun slowly sets, the Bitter & Zoet kitchen brigade gathers around the fire. They serve an exclusive 4-course BBQ dinner where craftsmanship and pure flavors come together. Whether you love a beautiful piece of meat or opt for surprising vegetarian dishes: there is something special on the menu for everyone. (You can indicate your preference directly when choosing your ticket). The ultimate summer evening is of course not complete without the right atmosphere and drinks. A live jazz band provides the perfect musical accompaniment in the orchard.
In addition, this evening we serve - alongside our familiar assortment - a specially selected beer and drinks menu. Taste the local beers from Brouwerij Maallust from Veenhuizen and Hef brewery from Assen, or enjoy the delicious, natural juices from Moj from Groningen.
