The attic at Bitter en Zoet in Veenhuizen

What we offer

The attic

A unique meeting venue for up to 30 people, completely renovated in summer 2026. Meet in the main room, enjoy coffee in the private lobby and then split into smaller groups.

High in the 1893 monument is a meeting floor that was completely renovated in summer 2026. The timber roof, robust beams and historic arches have been preserved and paired with comfortable seating, flexible tables and a large presentation screen.

The attic is more than a single meeting room. Begin together with up to 30 guests, enjoy coffee or tea in the private lobby, then spread out across several seating areas for workshops, brainstorms or conversations in small groups.

Tables can be arranged around your programme, from one central meeting setup to smaller groups for active sessions. Abundant daylight and the quiet position at the top of the building help everyone stay focused.

Coffee, tea and water are always included. Lunch, drinks, dinner and an overnight hotel stay can be added seamlessly to your day.

The floor is accessible by lift and is ideal for meetings, strategy days, training sessions, presentations and complete team days.
